You probably have seen some of our brands: Roobar, Kookie Cat, Курабийница, Bett’r, Zelen Store Chain, Dragon Superfoods, Bio Klasa, Gourmet Klasa, etc. Or some of the brands we distribute like Vivani, Yogi Tea, Wooden Spoon and many more.

So are you our Head of SALES? 

What you will do in Smart Organic?
  • Manage the salesactivities of the company on the Bulgarian market and abroad;
  • Develop the global Sales strategy of the company;
  • Establish sales objectives formarkets, regions and channels;
  • Collaboratewith the sales teams’ leaders in order to reach the sales targets;
  • Identify new sales opportunities, open new markets, attract key customers and develop strong and long lasting customer relations;
  • Work efficiently with in-house departments such as Production, Marketing, Quality, etc;
  • Prepare sales and financial reports, analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales experience on international markets (at least 5 years), negotiating experience with key accounts /major retailers/ (at least 8 years);
  • Solid knowledge in the field of FMCG sales;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Self-starter with commercial awareness, highly numerate;
  • Practical experience in global sales planning.
