JUNIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Currently we are looking for a:

Junior Product Manager in our product development department who:

  • craves a challenge and is passionate about finding the best innovative solutions our customers are looking for;
  • enjoys a multifaced work day in his/her strive to make a difference and is excited by the prospect of joining a creative, enthusiastic and positive team;
  • appreciates natural food and healthy lifestyle.

What will be the role?

  • Research and analyze trends in vegan and healthy food;
  • Brainstorm ideas for new products based on continuous research and market trends;
  • Communicate with subcontractors, partners and in-house departments such as production, quality, raw materials and others involved in the new product development;
  • Work with our ERP software on creating and updating product information;
  • Organize product testing and analyze results;
  • Cooperate with the marketing and sales teams on establishing the most effective product vision and market strategy;
  • Manage and coordinate the whole process from the idea of a new product to its release on the market.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a product development department /ideally in the food sector/;
  • Project management experience;
  • University Degree in Marketing, Trade, Business Administration or other relevant;
  • A creative mind who often have great ideas;
  • Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize;
  • Analytical and results-oriented personality.
  • Excellent MS office skills;
  • Fluency in English /written and spoken/.
