Are you our Head of SALES?

What you will do as a Head of Sales in Smart Organic?

  • Manage the sales activity of the company on the Bulgarian market and abroad;
  • Develop the Sales strategy of the company along with the CEO;
  • Establish sales objectives for markets, regions and channels;
  • Collaborate with the sales teams in order to reach sales targets;
  • Identify new sales opportunities, open new markets, attract key customers and develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Work efficiently with in-house departments such as Production, Marketing, Quality, etc;
  • Prepare sales and financial reports, analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement.

Must-haves:

  • Sales experience in international markets (at least 3 years), negotiating experience with key accounts /major retailers/ (at least 5 years);
  • Solid knowledge in the field of FMCG sales;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Self-starter with commercial awareness, highly numerate;
  • Practical experience in sales planning.

  • Communicating with international customers via calls and e-mails and maintain positive working relationships;
  • Assisting in the preparation of logistic and quality documents needed for export;
  • Working with our ERP system;
  • Communicating with other departments such as quality, production and warehouse.

  • Very good computer skills;
  • Very good level of German and English /spoken and written/;

  • Relevant experience will be an advantage;
