SENIOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - ORGANIC FOOD

Our Product Development Department is where the magic happens – from the idea of a new and unique healthy product to the stage where it is ready for our customers to enjoy!

…then you could be our Senior Product Development Manager!

On this exciting role, you will:
• Research and analyze trends in vegan and healthy food;
• Identify business opportunities;
• Brainstorm ideas for new products based on market trends;
• Cooperate with the marketing and sales teams on establishing the most effective product vision and market strategy;
• Manage and coordinate the whole process from the idea of a new product to its release on the market;
• Communicate with subcontractors, partners and in-house departments such as production, quality, raw materials and others involved in the new product development;
• Organize product testing and analyze results;
• Work with our ERP software on creating and updating product information.

What you’ll need to succeed?
• At least 3 years of experience in a product development department /ideally in the food sector/;
• Project management experience will be a great advantage;
• University Degree in Marketing, Trade, Business Administration or other relevant;
And…
• A creative mind who often have great ideas;
• Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize;
• Analytical and results-oriented personality;
• Excellent MS office skills;
• Fluency in English /written and spoken/.

What you’ll need to succeed?

Positive and optimistic approach with a passion for healthy living and a “can do” attitude;
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills;
Ability to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion;
Analytical and results-oriented personality;
Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages;
Clear driving license (will be advantage).

On this exciting role, you will:

Assist the CEO with business development projects;
Manage the CEO’s diary including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc;
Serve as a coordinator between CEO and the team members;
Prepare draft correspondence, presentations and communication for the CEO where required.

Yani graduated with a degree in Economics in Germany and worked in finance for several years before starting a business of his own.

Yani is a vegetarian and a true fan of sustainable and healthy lifestyle. He begins each day with yoga and meditation for a strong intuition and business focus.
