Are you our Head of SALES?

What you will do as a Head of Sales in Smart Organic?

  • Manage the sales activity of the company on the Bulgarian market and abroad;
  • Develop the Sales strategy of the company along with the CEO;
  • Establish sales objectives for markets, regions and channels;
  • Collaborate with the sales teams in order to reach sales targets;
  • Identify new sales opportunities, open new markets, attract key customers and develop strong and long-lasting customer relationships;
  • Work efficiently with in-house departments such as Production, Marketing, Quality, etc;
  • Prepare sales and financial reports, analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement.

Must-haves:

  • Sales experience in international markets (at least 3 years), negotiating experience with key accounts /major retailers/ (at least 5 years);
  • Solid knowledge in the field of FMCG sales;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Self-starter with commercial awareness, highly numerate;
  • Practical experience in sales planning.

Key Account Manager /Organic food/ - Germany-based

Currently we are looking for a sales star, a bright negotiator with a friendly approach, someone who will take a good care of our clients in the DACH region.

As a Key Account Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Expand our sales network in the German speaking market – approach clients, attend meetings, negotiate and close deals;
  • Maintain and improve the relationships with our current key accounts;
  • Deliver effective presentations of our brands and products;
  • Participate in international organic trade shows.

 

If you have…

  • 2 years of key account management experiencein Germany /ideally in the food sector/;
  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or other appropriate major;
  • Fluency in German and English language (both speaking and writing) ;
  • Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Passion for healthy food
  •  

And…

  • Excellent negotiating skills;
  • Very good analytical skills and ability to think strategically;
  • Positive and optimistic approach.

EXPORT SALES ADMINISTRATOR

As an Export Sales Administrator you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Communicate with international customers via calls and e-mails and maintain positive working relationships;
  • Manage customer orders /process orders in our ERP system, follow up deliveries, update clients on delivery status/;
  • Update client information in our database;
  • Assist in the preparation of logistic and quality documents if needed for export;
  • Communicate with other departments such as quality, production and warehouse.

This opportunity is ideal for you if you have:

  • Order management experience or other admin experience in the food sector /an advantage/;
  • Very good level of English /spoken and written/, German will be an advantage;

  • Excellent communicator with customer-oriented mentality;
  • Responsible and accountable;
  • Master at time management and prioritization;
  • A problem-solver;
